  • yeah - I tried turkey bacon once trying to make a healthy choice. When you really look at the turkey "bacon" and realize what they had to do it to even TRY to look like bacon, let alone taste like bacon...I tried a few slices and then threw out the rest! I will stick to whole foods that are processed the least for my body.
  • I experienced that as well and my body seemed to regulate the new water intake and now I can drink for several hours without having to go. You body will adjust...just stay with it!

  • How long has it been going on. My body freaked out a little for a couple of weeks and my stool was REALLY hard for a couple of weeks. Probably cause I am eating mostly good food...very little junk. It seemed to go away at about two weeks and things are back to a more normal consistency. (gross sounding...sorry)
  • Homemade is the only way to go. I make and freeze my own chicken and beef stock so putting together a soup can be very easy. I use my crock pot to make the stock. I wait until whole chickens go on sale and then cook a whole chicken in the crockpot for a few hours on high. Then I take all the meat off and put the bones back…
  • you are probably overworking muscles that are not as strong. I would take a break for a few days and apply ice to reduce inflammation and swelling. (which you may or not be able to detect...and applying ice is almost never a bad thing if done correctly)

  • OK - Didn't get a chance yesterday to try the songs but finally did today and here are the results: Call Me 9517 Sway 10704 Satisfaction 9257 Great group of songs! I do each song three times for my workout and I use a HRM. So this morning I worked out for 45 minutes and burned 403 calories!! YEAH!!! This challenge also…
  • I use JD2 as one of my workout choices. I also use a HRM. I actually hit higher max heart rates than when doing some EASA2 workouts! So yes - if you treat it like and exercise it will reward you like an exercise!!!

  • I am with you...after spending $300 in physical therapy to get my plantar faciitis under control I wear shoes all the time. My feet need the support when working out or even just walking around the house. I have noticed that now that I am working out and sropping some weight my feet are improving even more!
  • I knew it wasn't starvation mode because my net calories is a healthy amount and I eat back almost all my exercise calories on a regular basis...
  • I use EA Sports Active 2 and Just Dance 2. Both are great workouts and fun. You don't need a lot of space for either...maybe a 6-8 foot square.
  • I reviewed the last two weeks and your average net calories are 1130 which is too low. You had quite a few days where your net calories are less than 1,000 and then a few days that were 1100-1200. I have heard many accounts of people increasing their net calories by 100-300 kicks their body into better weight loss.
  • Great job!!!! I know one of my rewards when I hit my goal weight is to go to EVERY calculator on the internet just to see the word NORMAL when I input my height and weight. I picture it in my mind...it is how I get to the end of most of my workouts!!!
