Finished day 3 my legs kill at times especially my thighs. I tend to sit down for a while after to recover, then when i move im like argh it hurts but its worth it.. Keep it up guys your all doing really good.

I'm the same here my lower body is way stronger than my upper body. I'm using 5lbs weights .

Ok I done day 2 earlier and my legs and arms were sore but after a few hours the pain has eased off. I shall be uploading my pictures and measurements later or Tom . Keep up the goodwork everyone.

Well done to everyone completing there day. I just finished my first day and my arms ache and are a bit heavy and shaky. But I'm ready for day 2. 29 days to go
