I weigh myself in the mornings. After my workout and before i eat breakfast. I also weigh myself several times until i get the same weight twice. (Digital Scale)

I work out at 4:30 in the morning, about two and a half hours before i eat breakfast. Right now i have lost right around ten pounds in four days. I like the results I'm getting.

A nasty 'ol convenient store beef and cheese. There is nothing appetizing about it but i just love them.
