A lot of yoga studios let you pay by the class. I would definitely invest in a couple beginners classes just to make sure you are doing the moves correctly before attempting it on your own. Not only to avoid injury, but to also make sure you are reaping all the benefits of certain poses.

Where in your leg are you cramping? Sounds like you could have a muscle imbalance--stretching more could help but you may also need to strengthen the opposing muscle.

Are you drinking enough water? I know that sometimes my body interprets thirst as hunger. Also, try some fiber supplements.

I too have the fatty skin apron post c-section. I'm only 5 weeks out and have 50 lbs to lose, so not sure if losing this weight will help or not. It is unfortunate. I feel your pain sister!
