  • @hollydubs85: I have no friends or much profile info because I have been using Myfitnesspal for only about 2-3 weeks. Sometimes is better not to say anything if what you are going to say is not constructive at all. But <sighs> some people have nothing else to do.
  • reason is: Because only in body fat I wont be able to get back to where I used to be which is at 59 kg (In those taekwondo categories you need to be agile and super fast not really a built up guy).
