dont know if this is what u have in mind but...i like hot choco w/ warm almond milk-1c; 2 tsp stevia (or to taste); 1 tbsp Hersheys dark cocoa. if u want it cold put in frig 4 awhile after mixing. :)

Dont know if this will help but when i did them and did so consistently "Callenetics" helped with lower back pain. I think another trainer has done a more 'modern' version of callenetics. Jus a thought...Best wishes!

Fairly new 2 MFP but my goal for next 2 weeks is to do 20 min on elliptical and increase walking 4 the whole month. This goal is great 4 me. Hopefully will b a motivation. :wink:
