I'm new here. 59 years old from Varina, Va. I'm losing weight because I feel miserable. I have spent my entire life fighting being overweight. Want to lose slow, get exercise and enjoy life not fearing food but living peaceful with it. :flowerforyou: What does bump mean? I'm bump if its good. Lol
