I use chocolate flavored shakeology! LOVE it!

I have been using Shakeology and it has worked great for me. I feel great, and have way more energy. It has helped me with relosing the weight that I had gained having my son- am 10 lbs down so far!

I have found that I don't necessarily change what I am eating so much as I add a salad to EVERY meal except breakfast, I use Shakeology for breakfast and that has made a HUGE difference, and I use wise portion control! Helps! Also, eat some apples before your meals, they are high in fiber and filling!

I have a 17 month old- he does the Power 90 workouts and Zumba with me! :) He loves it! And he just eats healthy right along with me, and loves the veggies and good food! Be strong!

Well I have been ill so my exercising has not been up to par but I did lose, Weigh in at 172.2, lost 2.4 lbs! Hope all of your weigh ins are as successful!

My fiance has many of those same issues and then some. He has found that he can do some mild stretching and just walking in the water has little to no impact and counts as exercise...be sure to stick to the dietary recommendations the site gives you and even the minimal exercising will help!

I'm struggling this week. I've been so careful of what i eat and exercise like crazy and yet I gain! :( want to cry!

Sure! I am new also- I have more than 24 lbs I want to lose but that is a great start! I have a 16 year old daughter, 12 year old daughter, and 6 month old son...I am trying to lose some weight so that I can keep up with all of them too! LOL Send me a request!
