I change my workout music all the time. Right now on my MP3 player I have LMFAO's album, I have some fast dance songs by Usher, Enrique, Beyonce, Maroon 5's Moves like Jagger. There's more but those are my favourites this week!

When I clasp my hands together, I can really feel a difference. My rings no longer fit (too big) My shoes are pretty roomy. My shirts are longer.

People who loiter on the machines. Complete their set of 15 and sit for 10 mins, really???? They must have a ton of time on their hands to just hang at the gym like that! I certainly don't. If anything, I may be a bit jealous, lol. I can't get away with eating 'bad' foods no matter what. It doesn't mean that I still don't want them though. Otherwise, their life, their choices. If they're friends, I may remind them what's in their food though, lol. :)

I personally don't know a fruit or vegetable I won't eat, but I can't stand ANY kind of seafood so I'm with you there. Whenever I need to use sugar ... I use Stevia. I'm not too sure what the effects of using other sweetners is though. I was just reccomended to use Stevia as opposed to any other one.

I really liked reading through everyones answers, because wow - you can never put weight and size together as a general rule. At 256lbs I was wearing a snug size 18. Now at 202lbs I'm in a fine fitting 14.

Not too sure where in Canada you are, but I wouldn't dare consider going running in the winter here in Ottawa. It can get very cold, icy, and with all the snow, sometimes the sidewalks are poorly done, and it's hard to walk on the sidewalks, let alone run. Get a gym membership, that's my thought. I can imagine that some fast food items may fit into a daily caloric intake, but is it smart food to eat? I don't think so. I would rather use up my calories on good healthy food. I want to eat/work out smart, not hard.
