I have been making more homemade meals. I love the feeling of eating clean fresh meals in which I know exactly what is going into them, Thanks for the valuable advice about eating more protein and advising me about the water retention. I appreciate the advice :happy:

I measure everything out that I eat. I eat anywhere form 1300-1250 a day and have been consuming around 50g of protein.
