  • The up band syncs with MFP and it calculates and average taking the MFP predictions into account. The final MFP reading is slightly less than That of the UP app. But thanks for posting

  • Many thanks for your words of advise guys. I will start measuring my arms etc, I use a jawbone UP24 band to measure my calorie burn.... Very addictive I will up my calorie intake now to counteract the amount of exercise I am doing. Many thanks again for all your kind words
