Done, I realized after taking how bad my habits are. My husband has been telling me I should talk to a Dr. or counselor. What info are u able to pull from the test? I would be interested in knowing what my results indicate about me.

How much do u run? When I was in the Army we ran 2 miles every other day. My toes went numb and stayed that way unless I didnt run for days. I had proper shoes issued to me based on where I put my weight when standing. I went to doctor and he said its normal and that unless I get pain or discoloration to not worry

I drink water if I don't feel hungry but want to eat. I find this very interesting. I have always felt my eating habits were like an addiction. But unlike AA and NA u cant chose to not use. So I feel its like an addict trying to use but not abuse an control there addiction. I am looking forward to your post on the steps

I found a cheat meal instead day when I meet my small mile marker goals to work better. I found when I had a cheat day I set myself back 2 or 3 days

I like the 100 calorie packs of chocolate covered pretzels. I have one of these when craving something worse. There sweet and yummy so I feel satisfied that I got a treat and there are a lot in the pack so I don't feel cheated
