  • I agree with everyone else!! Get up and move! I get sooooooo exhausted the week before mine that it is hard to get up and do anything, but I do, and I ALWAYS feel better . It sucks, but I guarantee that you will be glad you did it. Working out at that time will give you more energy in the end :)
  • years ago I lost alot of weight doing his vids. I loved them. I was planning on busting them out again! The abs one was hard, but good :)
  • I also wear more than one bra. I wear my running bra, and then two very undersized tight cotton sports bras on top of those...D cups are NOT fun to run with

  • mmm....I mix my ground turkey with cilantro, cumin, and other spices and stuff a pepper with it. Soooo yummy!
  • I have a HUGE issue with this, and always have. What works for me is drinking warm water with sea salt in it in the morning. It flushes right through me. About 8 ounces with half a tsp in it gets me moving. I dont know if it would work for you, but it works for me! Water needs to be warm :). and also done on an empty…

  • It has only been a few weeks! Dont give up :). If you are working out daily, you are building muscles. Muscles will hold on to water for a while before they let it go. If you continue to build the muscle, it will eventually start eating up the fat :). How do your clothes fit? And how do you look and feel? I guarantee there…
