I had a tin of tuna and konjac noodles with salad veggies and a teaspoon of cream cheese. It's pretty healthy except rather low in calorie (but this was because I was going out for a big burger later)

It does include the bun and the cheese, yes :) I was thinking the same! The website claims that is the calories per serving though...but that can't be right. That's more than a McDonalds burger and fries!

I'm 5"8 so slightly taller, 125lbs, UK dress size 6 I eat 2000 per day + exercise calories + Workout pretty much everyday/sometimes twice daily + Currently maintaining ;)

125, UK size 6 I'm pretty active and am naturally quite slight

Ah yes! I don't know how so many girls on here eat so little...it confuses me whenever I see a post about someone struggling to even eat 1600 as it's 'so much food'. I eat pretty clean with a few treats, and I would starve on 1600

Ugh, tell me about it! Everyone on this site just argues alot
-
Yes, but because im eating maintenance calories every other day, I'm over my weekly calorie limit :(

I am constantly the same Haven't found a cure yet - the only thing that helps me is going to work where I'm not allowed to eat for a few hours. Sometimes water can help a little. But seriously, all I think about is food. I half feel like I'm wishing my time away until my next meal; then as soon as I've finished I wish time…
