when I hear a woman say men lose weight faster I assume she's lazy making excuses. you don't hear me complaining that I dont lose blood weight every month.

I've been eating at a deficit for a couple years and I also aim for about 200g protein/day. I lift heavy and do cardio as well. It's worked out for me and I don't feel like I've lost much muscle.

I brew a pot of Toasted Southern Pecan Cameron coffee. I put it in the blender. I add one Tbsp. coconut oil/1 tbsp Kerry Gold butter/one scoop protein powder/stevia/cinnamon. Blend and enjoy all morning.

I would say yes. It's a bit oily. I put protein powder, 1 Tbsp butter 1 Tbsp coconut oil stevia cinnamon in the blender with a pot of coffee and that is my breakfast. Delish.
