i have a bat against the moon with a red heart in the middle , to me i think it was an accpetance to myself that i am ever so slightly batty but thats a good thing :) am thinking of getting another one soon but dont know where to get it

i am too though its looking doubtfull , pcos was missed for so long and we have been trying for 6 years i dont really want to go through the ivf process i have my own reasons for this so am hopeing with the loss of weight everything will stabalise a bit and maybe we will try again

just take each day at a time and try to relax abit ,it can be very frustrating and i have had many days where i wanted to give up but just think of the end result , will power is hard but i found that the more exercise i do and the more i try to eat healthy the more i dont want to sabotarge that , i have been my own worst…

i love my wii fitness programes i ahve ea active 1 with extra workouts just ordered ea2 ...i also have your shape, wii fit, just dance 1&2 just dance broadway , and have ordered zumba for the wii am always looking for more though :)

totaly understand mine is the same sometimes it goes downa bit but then when i eat something it balloons up again , have noticed though since doing more cardio and some crunches its begining to tone up a bit

hey i go to zumba twice a week local classes are great and i have so much fun also though i come out all red and a little bit sweaty pwfff i dont feel like i have done an hours workout i would recomend it to anyone ..even my knne problems are getting better i just have to take it easy on some steps ..

i love zumba i go to classes twice a week and for me its an actual exercise i like ...never feels like an hours workout and i feel great afterwards
