  • i do too, did all the ligaments in on both knees after falling off a wall...we wont go there :) have found walking helps plus zumba ( as long as im carefull) this has helped build them up to the point i tried running last year i didt like it but thats just me . loosing some weight also helped obviously ...have been doing…
  • today i did zumba for the wii on expert for 44 mins and my hrm said i had burned 423 calories ...i nearly died of shock, i normally burn that of in a class but never on the wii before ...also found that expert is easy then beginner on the wii which is odd , happy zumbering all :)
  • you are not alone, i found what helps me is not think of the bigger picture i set myself a goal each week and go for that in the end it all adds up so the amount i need to loose never seems so huge .add me if you like and good luck on your journey xx
  • love zumba last year i lost 35lbs whilst doing zumba twice a week due to illness i had to stop for a while and put back on 21 lbs but am back to it now only go once a week whilst i build my strength back on but i also have it for the wii too love it
  • i recently had a war with the 8 legged terroist known as the spider, we started with cushion warfare but this did not work and it escaped we then launched the cat missile but this failed and in the end after negotiations the war was won by the hubby bomb ....ughhhh things just freak me out

  • hehe this is my millionth time trying , i did loose 42lbs last year but then i had a hard time and stopped doing my exercises , but i did find my fitnesspal really worked for me and the support on here is fab good luck am sure you will do it xxx
  • i have the same problem and i tend to have a huge inner fight with myself , sometimes i forget and argue out loud lol. i tend to keep most food that would tempt me out of the house and i try to find something else to distract myself with when that voice starts...dont let it beat you good luck :)

  • hate teh gym tried it and it wast for me now i just work out at home and go to zumba twice a week ( i love zumba ) , i use a mixture of dvds and stuff for the wii , and so far im likeing the results. i use JM 30 day shred and billy blanks tae bo :)

  • my knees didt like it one bit , i had to change some of the exercises , so for the jumping jacks i did standing jacks and the jump rope i did a jog on the spot instead this helped a lot with my knees so maybe modify the exercise's slightly to suit your needs

  • i have it and i like it the senser can be a little bit slow sometimes but all in all its a good workout if you want it to be

  • dear pcos please can i have my body back i think you have had it long enough, i hate the facial hair ( is never good when u can grow a beard quicker then your husband) i hate the weight i put on though im slowly reclaiming my body from the fat . the worse thing is knowing i will prob never conceive and that hurts the most…
