Is it also any good for people who are not terribly good at dancing?? I am USELESS at the Michael Jackson one!!!

I love this game, and honestly...I SUCK AT DANCING. I have no coordination, and I probably just look like a flailing fish out of water when I do it, but that's not the point. The point is I work up a sweat, get a good work out, and have fun while doing it! :)

Definitely worth the money spent on it.

I have not tried Zumba Wii, and it may be terrific. However, I would highly recommend doing Zumba in gym. Like you, I was a bit shy in the beginning to do it in front of others, but realized very quickly that every one is more or less in the same boat and you can do it at your own pace . For example, I take a lot of water-sip breaks. A great instructor, plus energey from others make all the difference. I absolutely look forward to it all week.

I'm probably not as keen as the other posters. I find the way the instructor is presented slightly annoying (it's like Just Dance so it looks like a negative rather than a real person), you need a lot of space and my living room is too small, I found the steps hard to get to grips with (have never done latin at all), sometimes the game expects you to have the controler in your hand but doesn't tell you (like in the cool down and the tutorial for some of the reggetron steps) and I think for me a class would be more fun.

However, you do burn a good amount of calories doing it, it is very good at working your whole body without you realising, I think if i wasn't so concerned about the amount of space I have to work in I could really get into it and enjoy it more and the music is quite nice to listen to.

    Overall I think it's a good workout.

    Hope thats useful!

I bought it a few days ago and I tried it today for the first time. It is so much fun!! I don't feel comfortable in a gym either so it works out great for me. I can just do whatever I want and dance without feeling pressured or intimidated.

Do you have the belt for it...your supposed to put the controller in the belt cuz it tracks your hip movement..instead of like on just dance with the controller in hand!!!!

I loooooooooooooooooove this gam hahaha I am a full-time student and a full-time worker and honestly the gas to go to the campus rec is too much just to go for a class. I have gone to the class and go when i need that extra boost (and need to get out of the house lol) and I feel the game is a lot like class. I recommend it to anyone and everyone!!

I asked about this game the other day here on mfp and it seems most people preferred just dance
for the wii. I have just dance and can burn almost 600 calories in 1 hour and up to 4 people can
play at a time. It really is fun.

Yeah, thanks. I have the belt for it but for some of the moves it expects the controller to be in your hand. i can't rememeber the tutorial name but its the Regetron Chest Pump type one and the cool down.
