Tracking my intake has produced 1.5lb loss for me this week! Love being accountable to only me and see the graphics that help me tweak my combinations of fat, protein, and carbs! Keep checking your self the first month! Great job just tracking, I love it!

I totally agree with you, I do Les mills weight driven class twice a week and yoga twice a week to help develop my muscle toning side of my body weight loss regimen! Light weights and more reps! Interval for 60 minutes! Nice advice!

Good for you and watch the vitamins and other supplements! They add up too! Mine are over 250 doing saflower oil belly trail for 4 months! Really spikes my numbers and burn an average of 4/500 a day, double days 800, just under a week on MFP so I too feel better but I'm hopeful the routine will pay off! Cheers..:glasses:
