  • I weigh in on Sundays. ..that way it keeps me motivayed and focused for the week ahead and includes any alcohol/treats I may havehad over the weekend.

  • Hi...im new to this. I also have 100+ to shift! I tend to get bored easily so support would be great. Been on MFP for almost a week and so far im sticking to it....but scared my enthusiasm will wear off!
