  • That after losing 50-60 lbs people say, "you look too skinny," but I still feel overweight and want to lose more... A bunch of people nailed it with saying the mind and your perception of how you look now comes much later
  • I just completed W5D3 running 2 miles nonstop! I can't believe I couldn't run for like 60 seconds without being completed winded and on the brink of a breakdown to running 2 miles this morning. Anyone struggling early on keep pressing through, it's amazing
  • Just finished W4D1.. I can't wait for this cold weather to go away, I'm tired of running in the cold haha (NJ here). Can't believe I actually made it to week 4 and completed it without an issue, I even wanted to keep going, who whould've thunk it.
  • Just finished Week 2... I can't wait to start Week 3 on Monday.. Signing up for a 5K somewhere in the mid-to-late April range, still need to check. I like that added accountability.
  • Just had 2 pieces of Chicken Breast marinated in 2 tablespoons lemon juice and a tablespoon of Extra Virgin olive oil, with a side of couscous (with sundried tomatoes and cilantro). I cook the couscous in a low sodium chicken broth for a little extra flavor. My leftovers will be lunch :D
  • First time posting on here, although I've been reading a lot since I signed up about a week ago. Just completed W1D3, I did W1D1 twice (on Saturday just to try it out, and started again Monday, so I could do MWF before work) and it was much easier today then it was D1 I can tell you that, I didn't immediately stop running…
