Sometimes I have some beef jerky as a snack that helps sneak a few extra calories into my day and one serving is only like a gram of fat a few carbs and usually around 80 calories. But it is high in sodium so you gotta watch that.

This post actually made me feel a lot better. I've been so concerned about going over sugar but it almost seems impossible to stay under when you want to eat fruit, and how can you just cut that out when realistically you're supposed to be eating it as part of a balanced diet.

Oh man, I know how this feels. I was just in this boat last year. Thankfully I'm off campus and my roomie and I now eat generally pretty healthy. I remember how hard it was going to the dining hall for all my meals. Nothing like having to walk past pizza and cookies when you're trying to get to the salad bar. As far as…
