  • Go to Foodnetwork.com. Look up "Engagement Chicken". It is a recipe by Ina Garten that I have used over and over. Super simple, just need lemons, garlic and an onion. I don't make the sauce for it, but the chicken is super moist and delicious done in the oven.
  • I just started today! I need to lose 50 lbs. Starting at 177 lbs and would love to see 125 - 127. Feeling confident. According to my meal journal I am over by -6 on my protein and short on calories. Any ideas how to make the levels what they should be? Or is it good enough to be close? Just asking :happy:
