I'm not giving anything up this year, instead I'm going to try to stick with my work outs 5-6 times per week. Tri season is coming up, and I haven't had the motiviation to get focused on training... Wish me luck!

I haven't tried those items particularly, but I have tried her other recipes and they're very good. I subscribe to her news letter and each week she takes a fast food item and remakes it into a lower calorie dish you can make at home. She also gives the low down on grocery items and what not each week. I haven't caught her…
