Thank you for all your help! Sometimes I just get upset with myself and when he joins in I take it the wrong way! I feel like alot of you have good points. I have been really up set with myself over me falling off the wagon. I could be just taking it out on him. Thanks again!

i stared in janaury at 196 when i found mfp i was down to 180 now i'm 176 was 173! I dont go to a gym I have a bike at home I ride in the house. I have just had a really bad week or so and feel stuck.

okay smoke it for two hours at 175! Make sure temp is 175. Before putting on pit spice with whatever you like. After two hours take off wrap in foil and put back on pit for three hours till done. Bring temp up to 250 to 275.

In the past when i lost weight my husband would act the same way! I had to let him know that it bothered me that he didnt notice or even act like he was aware. Since the talk ....this time when i lost weight he let me know in a BIG WAY! :blushing: Have a talk with your SO!!!

yes! The kids dye them the night before and the I make devield eggs easter morning! I always have to fight the husband,Dad and Grandpa to stay away from them till lunch time!!!!

I'm 5'2 176lbs and i always where a bikini.....If you feel good in it wear it. If you try it on and dont like it use that for motivation. It dose'nt matter what others think!
