just amke sre that your sodium, protein, fat etc. intake is to the right amount or over. Usually if i am under on my calories and all of that other stuff it tell me that, but if i am just under on my calorie, then it won't. (does that make sense??)

I weigh about the same as you! I am the same, during school it is very hard for me to eat healthy(i'm 18 btw) I leave for college this fall, and i want to develop a healthy eating habit before i leave. you can friend me if you want :)

I can be the same way. There are days when I am perfectly fine eating less, eating healthy, and I don't think about food very much. Then there are the days that I think about food constantly, and it takes all of my will power not to eat everything in sight. I would like to know what I can do as well.

I did the exact same thing, I've gone to two school trips in the past month or so, and I just didn't really want to ruin the experience by counting all of my calories. I mean you don't have to eat everything in sight, but it's nice to be able to relax and not worry too much about everything you are eating.

I actually have stopped drinking milk at all. Not only for the diet, but also because i am allergic to it (so it seems) I just take a calcium supplement every day.

My story is very similar, since starting puberty i have gained at least ten pounds every year, I finally decided that i want to do something about it, I'm not neccessarily fat, but i'm tired of being the 'bigger' girl.
