Welcome! Like other people have said everyone is different! One thing that makes a big difference for me is focusing my meals around protein and making sure im getting enough of it, it helps me feel fuller and helps me feel satisfied for longer and gives me more energy.

I guess it depends on how low your calories are. If you are starving your body then that could cause problems.

I’m a stay at home mom to 2 kids, a 3 year old and a 6 month old so I totally know how it goes. Sometimes I just have to let the kids watch some tv so I can get a workout in haha. I also find planning out dinners in advance is super helpful.

Welcome! Best of luck to you! I’ve found that setting very realistic goals make the process much more stress free. Knowing what my limits are is a big part of the whole process for me.

I think that there are some major warning signs going on here. Honestly he should want YOU to be happy and he should do what he can to make YOU feel good about yourself. It's good to be healthy, but he shouldn't be making you feel guilty about your body.
