Hi. I work at a call center too! I feel that because I am sitting all day for my job it has made it a little more difficult for me to lose weight then previous times when I had different jobs(restaurants etc.) But it is possible. Feel free to add me! :D

P.s. I've noticed myself that many of my friends (mainly my roommates) kind of freak out over "diets" they say, you aren't fat you don't need to go on a diet." etc etc. When In reality I am just not happy(or healthy) eating the way I eat and gaining the weight I have been gaining. I'm sure they are only doing this because they love you and are worried for your health, but I say as long as you are in the healthy weight range for your height you will be fine. Now if you were trying to get below your healthy weight range I would say they definitely have a point. Just go with what you feel is healthy,…

I also lost 30 pounds within 3-4 months. I was not much a workout-er, but Just sticking to the 1200 calories is what really makes the difference. Now I'm working on toning my body and getting rid of the last few pounds. Good luck!

the 6 week 6-pack is super intense, and also has 2 levels. The first one you do for 3 weeks and the second one you do for 3 weeks. I just got it, but I feel like I've already improved a lot.

I noticed that when I changed my goal to lose less weight in a week and to eat more I started losing more weight. I think that you body likes it when you change things up. Try out eating more calories for a little while and see how that goes for you, when it doesn't work as well anymore try something else.

Welcome! and good luck. I started this during the summer when I wasn't busy, and it was easy to log calories, but now that school has started I have found it a little more difficult. but I find I just have to put the time in to do it, even though I could be doing something else.

I LOVE ice cream! What I do is I just use a smaller bowl, and I end up eating less ice cream. it's all a mental game.

You need to have some sodium, sodium carries oxygen in your blood...so don't cut it completely out of your diet. But you are not supposed to have more than 2500 mg of sodium a day.
