Cravings subsided by words

All I could think about all morning was food. I was really craving a place back home (J. Michaels Philly Deli-cheesesteak and fried mushrooms w/ ranch dressing). Good thing it is 19 hours away! As I was walking down the hall at work, thinking about my lovely would be cheese steak, someone stops me-- "oh my. I don't mean to embarrass you but you have lost weight. You look really good. You are my new inspiration." WOW. I have only lost 10 lbs so far, but she is the first person that has commented on my looks. It really made me appreciate my Kellogg's meal bar that I was going to have an hour later. The cravings will probably always be there-but hopefully there are people to intervene them while I'm working up the willpower and strength to not give in myself.:)
