Hi! Good luck on your journey. I know that MFP as definitely helped me to lose weight. Not only to lose weight, but to make healthy choices and to feel better about myself. As for your goal I think it is realistic, though it has taken be almost 4 months to lose twenty pounds because it took me along time to get the…

I feel the same way, some days I feel like I'm doing good. but most days I look in the mirror and all I can see is all the weight I still need to lose the the fats rolls on my stomach. Or that I don't look as good in an outfit as someone else who is skinnier would.

I got stuck at 150 too. I don't know why, because I didn't change anything.

This is definitely a life style change for me. If it is not than I will gain the weight back. What I have found though is that I enjoy this new life I am beginning, and this new me! I enjoy running, I don't depend on food to make me happy! Even six months ago I would never have thought I could make it this far.

I would say that you should give your body a rest about once a week, but that doesn't mean you can't go on a walk or something. It's important to not wear out your body. You need to give your muscles a little while to rest up.

Whatever you love! as long as it isn't food. For example, I absolutely love shopping and clothes, so for my first goal I get a pair of shoes, and so on and so forth, and at the end when I reach my goal I am going to go on a huge shopping spree to buy a new wardrobe (since i'll be smaller then and won't fit into any of my…

I feel like I can never reach my goal all of the time, but I stick with it and see some results and I feel better, the hopelessness always get me though. You can do this, but it won't be easy.

What I did was at first I mostly focused on staying in my calorie limits, and that was all I could really handle at the time. I would exercise about once or twice a week. As time has gone on though I have increased how many days I exercise. Mostly I just hated to exercise though so it was really hard for me to get started…

I haven't seen any tremendous change in my size yet, I still fit in the same clothes, and the same clothes still don't fit me. My biggest goal is to get rid of my love handles. I hate them.

I am definitely the same way. I always get so bored right before bed and I want to eat anything, hoping that it will cure my boredom.
