my sister and myself are looking for some accountability and support while we learn to take care of ourselves again. she has a 6 year old, and i have a 4 month old so our schedules run on their time. so any advice from some parents trying to better themselves, it would be greatly appreciated

Just start logging and making small changes. What activities do you like? Walks and playing are good exercises to do with small children.0

Kids are definitely a huge time commitment! Awesome that you're putting in the effort to improve yourself though. I'm also a parent (11-year old), feel free to shoot me a friend request if you are so inclined.0

I’m a stay at home mom to 2 kids, a 3 year old and a 6 month old so I totally know how it goes. Sometimes I just have to let the kids watch some tv so I can get a workout in haha. I also find planning out dinners in advance is super helpful.0
