Don't try to take on too much at once!! Cutting out meat, dairy, fast food etc all at once will be a shock to the system. You could first try to cut out just fast food and swap the meat you eat for a leaner cut? Try that for a month and then make another small change. Try counting your calories as well. Work out how many…
