I use miracle noodles. I agree that they smell fishy, but I rinse them, and lighly sautee them just to get rid of the mositure. They hold up well in any dish that I've put them in. Pasta is much better, but it doesn't always fit into my macro's for the day. Shirataki noodles are a good substitute IMO.
