I am 5'4" and 148 (down from 252) still technically overweight and I have heard the anorexic comments too... Mine says 180... I was 252 at my high, so it was a pretty big lie!! now I am 49... can't wait to get a new one with an accurate weight :)

absolutely doable... I am down 96 since February and I couldn't move for most of the month of November... be consistent!

I started at 252 on February 2, 2014, and today weighed in at 156.5. I have been there and I am willing to support anyone! It is possible... 90% attitude! Feel free to add me!

SW: 252 CW: 164.5 short term goal is 145, which would put me at the top range of healthy BMI. I will have a new goal once I get there though. BMI is just one measure of your health. :)

Every single day... some times multiple times a day. It has helped me to be able to see how specific foods directly impact my weight. The fluctuations do not bother me, and I am able to pretty well predict what will happen. LOL @ Shark week and Angry Lady Time

Definitely use thrift shops and clearance racks and resist the temptation to get too much until you hit your goal! Happy losing!

You should just try to be healthy and see where that leads you. I can't even fathom myself at 120 and I have made my way from 250+. At this point my goal weight is set at the top of the range for a healthy BMI, but I honestly just want to feel good and am really not tied to any particular number. That being said, you…

Walking is a great exercise. I walk most days around an hour or so and i have lost 84 lbs in 8 months. Happy walking :)

I always feel that way too. I have lost a lot with walking just so I would feel good enough to run. That being said, I have recently started running and I can honestly say I don't care what anyone else thinks. KEEP IT UP!
