  • Seconded Afura's post above me. The recipe generator is my best friend when it comes to multi-ingredient recipes. My other best friend is my little digital kitchen scale which makes easy work of figuring out serving sizes. I jot it down on a white board as I go and then make up the entire recipe and split it into 3…
  • As I'm cooking the meal, I jot down on a white board on my fridge which ingredients I'm using and how much they weigh. I plug it all into the recipe builder and then split it up into how many servings I think it will make. Tumeric is expensive (and can stain so watch out!) but it's an excellent food remedy for chronic pain management. I shake it in everything.
  • I actually use my dry erase calendar on my fridge less for the calendar function and more for the "let me jot down my food for my diary". I weigh a lot of my food that's not already portioned out. It works great for me and I'm not wasting any paper or anything. I can quickly jot down y measurements as I cook and add it all…
