Starting to ween off of my calorie deficit. .5 lbs for 60 pounds total lost. 3 more lbs to go from 1.5 pounds a week to 1 lb a week loss rate. Which will mean more calories to consume.

Today, I had oatmeal, with a scoop of protein powder and some almonds. Otherwise, throw a scoop of protein powder in everything.
