I just want to lose weight and look lean. I stopped doing cardio everyday and now lifting 3 times a week and cardio 2 days. I do fully body routines that include squats and i use the stairmaster if that helps too?

Ok so its still ok with me to run 3 days a week for 30 minutes with no hiit? Im not really a fan of it anyway. Plus i weight train 3 days a week for 40-60 minutes. Is that enough?

Yes i just want strong lean legs. I dont run that many miles though. I just started running and can only run 3 miles at a time.

Im strength training legs on leg day, my knees never hurt before that, its just afterwards. I have running shoes. I was thinking it just sore just like after you lift heavy and have sore arms for a few days because the pain does go away.

Yes sorry, im eating 1700 calories a day since i workout 5-6 days a week. i weigh everything.

I like him as a friend i guess. The reason why i went on dates with him is to see if he would finally open up. I was giving him the benefit of the doubt before this. I dont see it going any further.

I mean of course i didnt expect to have a full on conversation with him but a few words would have been nice since we were with each other the whole 2 hours. Even when we had to walk a 3 minute distance to our cars he said nothing. But i will be working out with myself only from now on lol.

He has ich. He needs to be in atleast a 5 gallon with a water heater since betta's are warm water fish plus he needs a filter with weekly water changes. go to a fish store and ask for ich treatment. ( I owned plenty of betta's)

Fat is very important. thats what a ketogenic diet is about. eat 70% fat 20% protein and 10% or less of carbs...thats how you get into ketosis.

I do c25k 3 days a week for about 30 mins or so then i do dumbbell and barbell workouts. Im just trying to lose weight and get fit.

How long do your cardio sessions last?

I run for 30 minutes on the treadmill beforehand and i still lift heavy for about an hour afterwards.

Yes i stated that already. I obviously am eating at a deficit, i weigh everything that goes in my mouth. I drink nothing but water...
