Help with different barball exercises?
I like using the barbell but other than bicep curl and bent over row, i have no idea what other exercises i can do. I use the ez bar and i would appreciate any advice on other exercises using the ez bar that doesnt require a bench. Also any dumbbell exercises would be helpful also.

I am bulking and ate 1800 over maintenance
I am doing a clean bulk and I ate 1800 calories of cookies and ate over everything. My clean bulk is at 2500 calories. So I ate 4300 calories today. What I do now? Do I keep eating at a surplus? My body fat percentage is high because I'm skinny fat and I'm trying not to gain at an alarming rate.

Is it ok to deadlift twice a week?
I deadlift heavy on back day which is Tuesday (5-6 reps x3) and i deadlift light weight high rep on Friday which is leg day (10-12 reps x3)

Shouldn't running be considered a form of leg strength training?
I know that running is cardio but i also run up hill a lot and i feel as though it should count as a part of leg day. I still workout my hamstrings, quads, and glutes so i won't have muscle imbalance but can running be considered strength training?

Should i be upping calories?
Im doing the TDEE method and i put moderately active like everyone suggested and it put me at 1850 calories a day. I workout 5 days a week. I lift 3 days a week. I run 4 miles 2 days a week and after my lift days i run a quick mile. Is that enough calories to support all the working out that i do?
