Should i eat more on weight lifting days?

I lift 3 days a week and do cardio 2 days a week. I have RAVENOUS hunger after i lift, i am just so hungry. I eat 1700 calories a day and my tdee is around 2300-2400. When i eat dinner i am hungry an hour later, i try drinking tons of water but i get awaken by my stomach growling. This doesn't happen on the 2 days i do cardio.

    What are you goals?

    Seeing that you are generally eating at a 700 cal deficit it looks like you are trying to lose weight. If you are getting too hungry to the point it is making you miserable, I would ease up a bit and try for a 400 cal deficit. Eating high fiber, and high protein foods can help to make you feel full.
