I get the runs when i do triceps

I have no idea why my stomach always hurts and i have to poop only when i workout my triceps.
When i workout any other muscle i am fine. Just the triceps :explode:
Advice please?

Hammer pull ups? your guts are bending with the weight of your upper body, also triceps are kind of sensitive, when you stress them probably you're up holding your breathe for releasing the pain out of you, thus causing you to tight your belly too much.0

I saw a guy **** himself on the squat rack once, but this I have never heard of. Bumping out of curiousity0

What specific exercise are you doing? Have you tried other exercises which work the same muscles but perhaps in a different position?0

This happens to me every time I go to Target - and only when I go to Target - EVERY...SINGLE ...TIME... Even if I go to the bathroom right before I leave. It's really annoying... :noway:
But if I ever feel constipated, then you know where I'm headed. :laugh:0
