I typically weigh myself once every 2 weeks. That seems like a nice amount of time. Not too often and not too less. Unless other prefer one week weight-ins. I can go with the majority.

Good question awelch. I have not been eating all of my exercise calories that I notice. i notice that on the days that i don't eat them all I get a projected 5 week weight that is lower than the days that i do eat them all. I think as long as you eat enough that you won't starve yourself it may not be necessary to eat all…

I just started last week so I have not weighed myselg again yet. But whether or not this really works depends on if you are willing to eat better and exercise. I have learned that it is up to you if this works for you.

I don't have a HRM but this is interesting. Now i am wondering should I purchase a HRM and go by that. I don't want to end up going over my calories because my info is not accurate.
