This week I'm proud of myself because I was able to loose the two pounds that I gained last week, and an additional .6 lbs on top of that. I'm Stoked!! Starting Weight: 238.00 Current weight: 226.6 Week Weight Loss: 0.6 lbs Total Weight Loss: 11.4 lbs

I gained a 2 pounds this week. Not a good weekend for me. That's what happens when I don't track my food intake. Next week I will make sure and loose it and then some.
