  • I'm Joe, 23 year old from Essex, now living in Ramsgate (Kent). I've got a LONG way to go to be where i'd consider myself to be at my goal, but i'm happy each time I weight myself and see even 1lb gone.

  • Thanks, will check out that YouTube channel when I next get a chance. I've already invested in some running shoes but as my shins still haven't healed properly yet, i'm yet to be able to give them a proper go unfortunately.
