  • Protein helps control bloating, I wouldn't worry about 1 day. It's more than 1 day that will really start catching up with you. Sometimes it's nice to give your system a break.   • I find when that happens, doing some light excercise takes the endless munchies away. (going for a walk or doing some sit-ups and weights) and drink a lot of water. :) good luck
