Hi Sonya, welcome! I suppose it all depends on your goals, what are you looking to achieve? I always find anything using fresh chicken breast is always a winner! Full of protein, and you can do so much with it! I like doing a chicken breast fillet, coat it with a little spice, with a side salad! I hope this helps

Hi Emily, I totally agree with paulandrachel here, most information I have read says roughly every 3 months, to shock your body system. Exactly as said here, increase the weights and intensity as and when you feel it is getting easier / going beyond your rep goals on each exercise. Keep up the great work that it sounds…

Hi there, Not meaning this in a sexist way at all (so I apologise if it comes across that way), but I have been experiencing this quite a lot recently, and I thought it was because I was a guy, so it's quite refreshing to see women having the same issue. I feel exactly the same way: The only time I seem to get feedback…

Hi there, It could be one of several reasons why you are gaining weight; first of all, you say you are 18 years old? Your body doesn't stop growing until you are 21, so this could be a reason. I'll try to do many different compound exercises, such as squats and dead lifts. I like to use shoulder presses, and save the isolated moves for specific areas such as bicep curls, and sit ups :)

Lots of different techniques to be honest, I'll do at least 2-3 different lifting exercises for each body part :)

Thank you!

I do a 10 - 20 min cardio warm up, an hour's weight lifting, then 10 - 20 mins cardio as a cool down. I have a few magazines and plans from Men's Health, which I take ideas and inspirations from. When I weight lift, I aim to do 2-3 sets of 12-15 reps.

That's great, thank you so much for the advice! I am focusing on lifting when I am in the gym, including cardio, but not loads!

Thank you. I will definitely look at it in that order! I appreciate the advice :)
