30 kg 2 years 2000- 3000 cal a day 7-9 hours a week off season, up to 30 in build up to race. swimming, running, cycling varies, today burnt 2374 cal mostly from the 100min cycling at 26kph. most ever was Ironman Taupo, burnt 12000 cal.
