  • Im 27, and I really just came here for the calorie counter app. Its super helpful! I love to go to the gym and push hard, but I haaate taking the time to count calories. The app is awesome. I track all my other stuff on bodybuilding.com actually. :-)
  • I work out 6 days a week. I lift 6 days a week. I do cardio about 3 days a week. And I push myself as hard as I can every time. There is no point in going to the gym to do a half-assed work out.
