I've started to get some of clothes that I don't wear anymore out of my closets but my husband refuses to get rid of all the things he doesn't use anymore. Want to declutter but paid good money for some things, and don't have time to have yard sales. I just can't bring myself to just give some stuff away for nothing. Need suggestions on to get over the need to hold on to some things.

I've been using calm meditation every morning along with red light meditation. it's varying relaxing. It's wonderful start to my morning and only 10 minutes of my time. I've recently add a good morning stretch.
