I have a Polar H7 Bluetooth heart rate monitor. I do 30-35 mins on a treadmill then 4-6 miles on a Recumbent Bike. I usually burn 800-975 cal total with the 2 workouts back to back. The Polar H7 Bluetooth Smart is compatable with iPhone 4S & 5 and Android. I use it and it works great. It uploads my data to Digifit which syncs with MFP. It cost $45-$90. I love it.

Walking is not a waste of time. I walking at a pace of 3.8 on a treadmill daily about 2 -3 miles. It usually burns about 600-700 calories. Which Polar HRM are you using? I have a H7 linked to my I phone I have the same issues. I have been using the Digifit app and uploading my information. Can you use both aps Digifit and Polar Trainer at the same time?

Try Amino Acid Complex and Protein shakes I use "Superior Amino 2222". I drink alot of protein drinks. Most of the time I just mix the powder with water, sometime I make shakes with spinach and other good stuff.

I take Bodytech - Bcaa & Glutamine, 1 scoop before and after work outs. I dont seam to get as sore. Make sure you are getting plenty of water and protein. Hope this helps It worked for me.

Sounds great, but you have to have some grams of sugar with the brown sugar. Brown sugar is a sucrose sugar product with a distinctive brown color due to the presence of molasses. Just sugar with molasses.
