14th Nov - 177.4lbs Starting weight 21st Nov - 175 lbs (-2.4lbs) 28th Nov - 173lbs (-2 lbs) 7th Dec - 171.5lbs (-1.5 lbs) Total loss:- 5.9lbs I haven't trained this week due to work commitments :( but i'm quite happy with steady progress x

great idea....I'm in.! I'm 177.4lbs ..... i started a 4 week challenge on Monday at local fitness bootcamp (ends on 9th Dec, which is my workplace Christmas party) so need something to really motivate me! Well I had the complete opposite within first few weeks of taking it I had lost approx 10lbs, cos I constantly felt sick I had no appetite so lost weight! Suppose everybody is different tho!

I've only weighed in once, which was today I have lost 2.4lbs, but on mfp it says overall weight loss 0.8lbs, why?! :( x

Best advice I can give is to purchase a heart rate monitor/watch! You can set your height, weight, are etc and as each person is different it will tell u exactly how many calories, g of fat you have burnt! :) Level 2 & 3 ive burnt approx 230 - 250cals, I'm 5ft 7" weight 166.5lbs

I'm doing 30day Shred mixing it up between Level 2 & 3 so I don't get bored of same workout everyday, I then have Focus T25 after I've done 30DS! Get a good workout, I'm loving Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, you've got the likes of Insanity, P90x etc but they are quite hard exercises if your not used to a lot if physical activity!
